Fincantieri Marine Group is hiring for a Foreman in the Electrical department at our Marinette WI location. This is a 1st shift role, Monday – Thursday, 4:30am – 3:30pm. Position Summary: The Electrical Foreman is responsible for coordinating electrical department activities related to new ship construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance projects. The Electrical Foreman wil provide on-site direction by monitoring work progress, offering guidance, promoting accountability, ensuring quality standards, and meeting project deadlines.
