Summary: Responsible for providing operational assistance to the relationship management team and other internal departments to ensure exceptional customer care to our partners. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in business or related field, preferred. Licenses/Certifications: None. Experience: One to three years of experience with electronic and card payment processes, preferably in a financial institution. Previous customer service experience.
