The Maintenance Manager oversees all equipment maintenance and reliability to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations. This role leads preventive and corrective maintenance activities, supervises maintenance teams, and partners cross functionally to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives. The Maintenance Manager ensures alignment with company standards, regulatory requirements, and EHS protocols, while supporting capital projects, budgeting, and strategic planning. This role will report to the Head of Maintenance for our Brantford facility.
