Additionally, to meet the standards defined under the Commonwealth’s statutes and program certification requirements. Minimum Qualifications: The demonstrated ability to engage students in one-on-one teaching of all the five subjects and supervise students and aides in a classroom setting; the demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records; the demonstrated ability to facilitate other instructors. Knowledge and experience of policy and procedure governing adult education. Must possess working knowledge of all facets of the basic adult education field, adult literacy and computer software appropriate for program needs.
