Key Lime Interactive (KLI) is offering an opportunity to drive research. You need to be able to conduct UX research with little to no direction. You must be able to work in a more ambiguous environment, picking which research will work best given the constraints shared with you and always keeping the ball rolling. If you thrive in an environment where constant change and your research matters then this is a good place for you. The Senior UX Researcher is expected to have mastered many methods and be great at writing actionable reports. In this role, you are also responsible for leading projects and managing resources on these projects, building relationships with clients, and seeking new ones (being more involved in sales). Below is a list of primary responsibilities for this position. Additional responsibilities may include those that typically fall under the roles of UX Associate, UX Researcher, UX Specialist, or on an as-needed basis.
