GENERAL FUNCTION: The Senior Portfolio Manager will work with the Tax Credit Lending team and will have primary responsibility for managing a portfolio of commercial loans (tax credit) and ancillary credit exposure through their review of updated financial statements and proactive monitoring of the business. This role includes client interaction, managing portfolio risk, and adhering to policy and regulatory guidelines. A critical component of this role is the early identification of emerging credit problems and industry and/or company trends. The Senior Portfolio Manager is expected to be anticipatory, forward-focused, independent, transparent, and collaborative in the identification, communication, and management of risk. This position is client-facing, requiring the individual to lead diligence calls.
