Introduction to the job Customer Operations is accountable for translating commercial intent into order management and invoicing that is first-time-right, compliant, and scalable. As Customer Operations process expert for strategic initiatives, you close the capability gap between commercial model design and operational execution. You represent Customer Operations in senior commercial, finance, and transformation forums and co-own how commercial constructs are translated into executable invoicing and AR designs. Role and responsibilities: Customer Operations is part of ASML's Business Services (ABS) organization. In your function of process expert for strategic initiatives, you will join the Customer Operations leadership team. You will represent Customer Operations in commercial, deal structuring, and transformation forums and will co-own upstream commercial-to-invoicing design decisions.
