System Engineer Level 3 – Governance LCAT: System Engineer Level 3 (SE3) Position Specifics: Support A+2 in establishing and implementing governance processes to manage requirements across a large portfolio of 160+ products with diverse mission customers, funding sources, and delivery teams. This role will help create the strategy and process framework for requirement intake, governance, and decision tracking, then translate that into effective JIRA architecture and workflow implementation. The ideal candidate has strong CCB and/or OIPT experience, is highly proficient in JIRA beyond queue setup, and can bring structure to a fast-moving, multi-team environment.
