Project Cargo Operations Executive

Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Cargo Operations Executive to join our Special Cargo & Strategic Projects team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations of project cargo, OOG, heavy lift, and special cargo shipments across multiple transportation modes including ocean, road, air, intermodal, and multimodal solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operational execution, accurate documentation, cost control, and timely coordination with both internal and external stakeholders. Your Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end project cargo operations for OOG, heavy lift, breakbulk, and special cargo shipments - Coordinate shipments across ocean, road, air, intermodal, and multimodal transportation solutions - Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, road carriers, customs brokers, port agents, and overseas partners - Open and maintain job files within the operational system and ensure accurate shipment tracking - Prepare and manage transport documentation including B/L, AWB, CMR, and customs-related documents - Monitor shipment progress proactively and provide regular operational updates - Handle billing and invoicing pro...
