The Role: We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Team Lead to run EPD (Engineering, Product, Design) recruiting at MaintainX. You'll manage a team of Talent Partners and Coordinators, carry a personal req load of senior and leadership-level searches, and own the operating cadence for the EPD recruiting function. This is a building role. You'll build the structure this team needs to scale: coverage models, pipeline review cadences, capacity planning, and consistent interview processes across three distinct functions.
