Join us, and get better with every move. - Personnel Administration: Handle administration of the permanent employees (draw up employment contracts & letters; holidays leave, absenteeism, working permit and visa,..) in compliance with local legislation and maintain all HR information systems and all personnel files accurate and up to date. - Onboarding and offboarding of employees: Responsible for the administrative onboarding (incl. relocation) and offboarding of (new) staff in order to create an engaging employee experience, organise and facilitate the monthly induction meeting for new employees, conduct exit interviews - HR Support: Provide requested and non-requested advice, support and guidance to employees and managers and HRBP’s in relation to HR related policies. Answer HR related questions accurately and in a timely manner. - Optimize HR processes: Take initiatives to automate and improve HR processes as much as possible in order to create efficiency.
