Job Title: Radiologic Technologist Reports To: Site Lead Location: Memphis, TN Position Summary: The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic and procedural imaging to support physicians in a fast-paced Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and pain management clinic. This role is heavily focused on fluoroscopic guidance for interventional pain procedures, ensuring patient safety, imaging accuracy, and efficient case flow. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate provider needs in a procedural environment. Key Responsibilities: Operate fluoroscopy (C-arm) to support interventional pain procedures such as epidural steroid injections, facet injections, and radiofrequency ablations. Ensure accurate positioning and imaging to assist physicians with real-time procedural guidance. Anticipate physician needs to maintain efficient workflow and minimize procedure time while maintaining image quality and adhering to ALARA principles.
