General Summary: The Operations Manager (OM) is responsible for all aspects of the Service Operations Department at one or more assigned locations. As a senior manager the OM collaborates with Sales, Business Office, and Purchasing teams to create an exceptional associate and customer experience aligned with CarMax culture.
