What You’ll Be Doing / How You’ll Be Involved As a Credit Control Officer, you will be part of a team managing a large, diverse caseload of debt including Sundry, Commercial Rent, Care Charges, Housing Benefit and Former Tenant arrears. You’ll take a customer focused approach to maximising revenue and collection for the organisation as well as delivering the ambitions set out in our Camden 2025 plan.
