POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated maintenance director to lead our facilities management team. The maintenance director will oversee all aspects of maintenance, repairs, and upkeep for our properties, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment. This role is essential to our operations, providing leadership and expertise in facility management. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Hires, evaluates, coordinates, motivates, monitors performance, schedules, and supervises department staff in accordance with company policy and state law. - Makes recommendations to the Executive Director with respect to staff evaluations, merit pay increases, reprimands, disciplinary actions, and terminations. - Coordinates maintenance and housekeeping services and activities with other departments. - Assures that the building and grounds are always clean. - Flexibility to remain on-call 24 hours per day, including evenings and weekends to respond to emergencies if needed. -...
