Senior Support DBA - Oracle My leading and rapidly growing MSP client is seeking an experience Oracle Database Engineer to join their Data Ops technical team and provide Oracle Delivery and Support. This is a customer facing role, mainly focusing on support, requiring hands-on, in-depth technical skills and excellent communication skills. You will be forward thinking, familiar with service architectures, customer focused and self-motivated with the requisite drive to improve database services and the overall user experience. The role: - To provide exceptional quality database delivery and support services - Interacting at all levels with Customers and strategic key stakeholders - Providing 3rd line database support and strategic consultancy - Explaining technical concepts and the underlying principles to solutions during customer engagements - Out-of-hours delivery and support - Via an on call rota for which there is an on call allowance - Producing a high standard of documentation, handovers and mentoring of both customer and internal resources as required.
