We now have an opportunity for a Warehouse Shift Supervisor to join the team at our Spalding depot. Job Description: Shift Pattern- 4on4off Nights 18:00-06:00am: Salary- From £31,577: To assist in the day-to-day running of the warehouse in line with Company and customer standards. To lead a team ensuring good productivity, loading accuracy and the overall performance of the warehouse is achieved to meet customer and company service levels. Main Responsibilities of a Shift Supervisor: - To supervise the warehouse staff to ensure that warehouse disciplines are rigidly maintained. - To be responsible for the achievement of daily KPI's in order that: - Daily targets are met - Despatch requirements are met - Delivery targets are met - Loading accuracy - Ensuring all operatives are trained in the warehouse discipline of loading/unloading and to arrange retraining where necessary. -...
