About the Role: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven US Finance Manager to support our Direct sales team for the U.S. Business. In this pivotal role, you will ensure alignment with Dyson’s core growth pillars while overseeing the financial delivery of the Direct business. You will partner closely with US finance teams and the commercial team to provide actionable financial analysis, achieve financial objectives, and build reporting that enhances business performance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, expertise in financial modeling, and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Financial Leadership Identify untapped margin or growth opportunities—organizationally and in partnership with senior channel leaders. Build business cases and lead end-to-end efficiency projects for Direct/B2B, driving execution and accountability. Present strategic findings and recommendations for executive decision-making.
