Senior Robotics Software Engineer

Job description

Who You Are As our Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, debugging, and delivering FANUC robot software for the customers of the Global Standards Software & Validation Group (GSSV). You will be required to gather customer requests and requirements needed for current and future projects. These requests will need to be clarified by creating a functional specification that is approved by the customer. On approval of each development, you must create an internal functional specification interfacing with applications that include, but are not limited to, Spot, Dispense, Stud, MH, SPR, Flowdrill, Tool Changers, Project Welding, Arc Welding, Vision, Collaborative Robots. You will need to be a problem-solver with a “service first” (customer-focused) mindset who has experience with FANUC technology.
