Join our Digital Product team as an Associate Product Manager – Assisted Checkout, and play a critical role in shaping the future of M&S. An Associate Product Manager will support the delivery and continuous improvement of the Assisted Checkout experience, working closely with engineering, store operations, and suppliers to translate product strategy into execution. The role will take ownership of key feature areas, including bringing digital receipts back into the product domain, ensuring clear ownership, roadmap prioritisation, and delivery of improvements that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Using store feedback, data, and user insight, they will identify opportunities, resolve issues, and drive measurable improvements across the assisted journey. Key Responsibilities: - Governance of environment usage, booking, and change control. - Maintain asset lifecycle visibility; retire obsolete kit promptly. - Ensure Health & Safety compliance across all sites. - Collaborate with product teams to plan space for emerging tech pilots. - Coordinate with in-store teams. - Perform regular audits for readiness, compliance, and optimisation. - Report on utilisation, inci...
