Sr Product Manager

Job description

Hearst Television is seeking a Senior Product Manager , Ad Sales Platforms to help drive the strategy and evolution of the systems that power our advertising revenue business. Reporting to the Director of Product for Advertising Sales Systems, this role is responsible for platform product management across internal tools that support sales and operations workflows, including CRM and linear traffic systems. You will play a critical role in modernizing and scaling these platforms to improve efficiency, data quality, and revenue performance. This is a highly cross-functional position requiring close partnership with Sales, Revenue Operations, Engineering, and Senior Leadership. Success in this role requires strong product judgment, the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, and a deep understanding of how systems support real-world business workflows.
