Site Superintendent (Poland)

Job description

Location: Poland - Multiple Base Locations (Skwierzyna, Powidz, Bolesławiec, Żagań, Toruń, Poznań, Redzikowo, Świętoszów) ECC is seeking a Site Superintendent for upcoming work across Poland under a recently awarded IDIQ MATOC contract with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) . The Site Superintendent is primarily responsible for the implementation of field related policies, programs, and practices that support and advance the Company’s long-term business objectives. Experience in fuels work is desired but not required. Requirements: - Fluent in both Polish and English (written and spoken). - Knowledge of federal contracting regulations and requirements - Ability and willingness to work full-time on-site in Poland to project sites as required. - Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general construction tools/software. - Five years supervisory experience leading multi-disciplinary teams with experience managing schedule and budget for large construction projects - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Construction Management or related field required.
