SALARY RANGE: $174,250.00 - $235,750.00: DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF THE CLASS: The work involves directing and supervising the day to day operation of the Long Term Care Facility of the Erie County Medical Center Corporation. The incumbent plans, develops and coordinates programs, services and operating policies. The incumbent oversees the delivery of all services to the residents, resident satisfaction of services provided and the general upkeep and management of the facility. Work is performed under the general direction of the Chief Operating Officer. Supervision is exercised over a large number of professional, technical, administrative and labor class employees. Does related work as required.
