Tasks & responsibilities: As a Senior Order Management Specialist, you are responsible for: - Analysis and solution of errors occurring in sales order entry interfaces, covering a full spectrum of errors, from routine to highly complex. - Ensuring complete sales orders and billing process for live countries with high complexity in SAP through daily monitoring. - Reviewing and handling correction of incomplete sales orders in alignment with local customer service and IT within service level agreements by correctingwrong data in the system, covering both routine and complex ones. - Performing daily review of billing process in SAP and ensuring that all documents relevant and due for Billing are created and posted to accounting i...
