About this opportunity: GoEngineer is a provider of the most compelling design platforms in the industry, deploying engineering software and 3D Printing technology to make the design process innovative, efficient, and intelligent. GoEngineer is seeking a motivated candidate that will provide operational support to our Subscription Renewal Team. Duties will include auditing renewal quotes, making phone calls to customers, and processing payments. This position requires an ability to manage a high volume of quote creation requests with exceptional attention to details. The individual will play an essential role in assisting the department with achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual renewal goals. Your key contributions in this role will be: Partner closely with the Subscription Renewals Team to support customer inquiries and renewal-related needs Prepare, review, and update renewal letters, quotes, and notifications with accuracy and attention to detail Proactively contact customers to confirm receipt of renewal notices and ensure clear, timely communication Audit renewal quotes to ensure pricing, terms, and details are correct prior to processing Process customer payments and subm...
