Southshore Companies is looking for a Site Manager to lead a team of lift truck operators, auditors, customer services representatives, supervisors and the Assistant Site Manager. The Site Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective function of our Regional Distribution Center in York, NE, meeting customer requirements and maintaining a high standard of operational excellence. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations of the RDC. Schedule, assign, and perform various warehousing duties including loading and unloading trucks, put-away and picking, and maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness. - Utilize the company’s HRIS system to ensure that timecard review and approval is completed for employees and temporary employees in a timely manner. - Ensure temporary service receives timecards for temporary employees for payment to their employees. - Lead, motivate, and direct the warehouse staff to deliver best-in-class customer service through operational excellence. - Provide coaching and leadership to all site supervisory and non-supervisory personnel, and ensures the company’s culture, values, and processes are...
