What You'll Be Doing: - Perform general pit labor duties to support safe and efficient operations. - Operate basic tools and equipment required for daily tasks. - Assist with clean‑up, material handling, and site organization. - Support equipment operators and maintenance teams as needed. - Follow all safety policies and contribute to a safe work environment. What Are We Looking For: - Ability to work safely and follow established procedures. - Capability to perform physical tasks and work in outdoor environments. - Willingness to learn and operate various tools and equipment. - Strong teamwork and communication skills. - Dependable work habits and commitment to supporting production needs.
