Job DetailsJob Location: Phoenix 2 - Litchfield Park, AZ 85340Job Summary: The Warehouse Administrator will provide high-level administrative support to warehouse and regional leadership. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, self-motivated professional who is comfortable interacting with leadership and driving culture. This role is 100% in office and supports our three Phoenix-area (Glendale) warehouses. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Duties/Responsibilities: Provides high-level administrative support and assistance. Develops detailed understanding of the needs of the business to act as a liaison between leadership and operations. Coordinates temporary workers. Coordinates internal resources and vendors for the efficient execution of tasks/projects. Develops a detailed project plan to track tasks/progress. Serves as a point of contact for teams under the management of the Regional VP. Arranges travel and accommodations as needed. Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
