Job description

Job Location: Robinson, IL Summary: The Hershey Company Robinson plant is a non-union plant producing products such as PayDay, Heath, Skor, Milk Duds, Whoppers, & Reese’s Pieces, in a high-speed complex environment. Under limited supervision as an independent worker, provide leadership and direction for the development of safety programs to ensure compliance with regulations, company policies, and the reinforcement of EH&S KPIs and deliverables. Collaborate in the development and implementation of EH&S policies and programs. Lead and conduct safety assessments and provide EH&S subject matter guidance to BU Leaders, supervisors, first-aiders, and other functional teams. Develop and deliver EH&S training programs to all levels of management and employees plant wide. Participate/provide EH&S leadership on multifunctional teams to provide subject matter support and guidance. Work with numerous and varied internal customers. Successfully interact with officials, local professionals, and regulatory agencies to support Hershey One Team values that deliver success.
