Job Summary: A Senior Physical Build Engineer is being sought by Micron Technology to contribute to the development of digital components for DRAM in advanced memory products. In this role, you will manage physical build starting at floorplanning and continuing to tape-out. You will work with RTL, verification, and CAD teams to develop high-quality, manufacturable solutions. You will play a key role in achieving aggressive power, performance, and area (PPA) targets using advanced RTL-to-GDS implementation flows. This is a hybrid position based in Boise, Idaho.
