Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Job Description Summary Under the direction of a Registered Pharmacist, assists Pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, maintaining the drug inventory, and maintaining patient records. Provides courteous, cooperative, and timely service to patients, visitors and staff. Under direction of a Clinical Pharmacist prepare and distribute medications for home delivery or for use in Ambulatory Infusion Center. Maintain drug inventory and patient records. Order and stock medications. Perform sterile compounding and follow USP 797 guidelines. Experience with sterile compounding and USP 797 training preferred. Under the direction of a Registered Pharmacist, assists Pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, maintaining the drug inventory and maintaining patient records. Provides courteous, cooperative, and timely service to patients, visitors and staff. QUALIFICATIONS: Education Minimum High school education or equivalent.
