At Nexperia Manchester we are strengthening our Equipment Engineering group by hiring a qualified Engineer to join our team of 100+ skilled professionals. If you have hands-on experience maintaining and repairing specialist semiconductor manufacturing equipment—and a strong continuous improvement mindset—we want to hear from you. As an Equipment Engineer on our Day–Day–Night rotating shift pattern, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping our high‑volume wafer processing equipment running reliably, efficiently, and safely. Nexperia produces over 14,000 semiconductor wafers each week in a fully loaded, high‑volume fab. Working closely with the Equipment Shift Leader and the wider engineering team, you’ll maintain and repair specialist semiconductor tools, directly supporting our manufacturing KPIs. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced environment where your work will have a clear and tangible impact.
