Job Description Summary The GE Vernova Electrification Chief Strategy and Technology Officer (CSTO) is seeking a highly capable, execution-focused Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic and operational partner across a broad portfolio of priorities. This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in driving operational excellence, strategic alignment, and execution rigor across the Electrification CSTO portfolio, including technology and products, strategic marketing, commercial excellence, business development, and strategic accounts. This role is designed for a leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, lean execution, and cross-functional coordination. The Chief of Staff will help drive team operational rhythm, improve operating rigor, connect priorities across teams, and accelerate execution on the key initiatives led by this team.
