Some of what you will do: The position is primarily responsible for the coordination of daily incoming inquiries, events and work activities for HR Services within the company, including communicating and monitoring workloads and coordinating resources to address needs. The incumbent will perform HR Services Case Management problem resolution, research and refer system problems to HR Systems team (global or local), as well as participate in the execution of HR Services related projects and provide administrative support. This position works closely with the HR Systems group on technology issues, including new system initiatives, system enhancements and support. Specifically, You Will: · Acts as the first point of contact and provides first line support for incoming inquiries from management and associates on HR related policies, practices, programs and systems for the various business units within the company · Provides the daily coordination of HR Services and administrative support.
