Powering Brand Visibility Through Marketing Coordination & Support! MEPPI’s Corporate Marketing team is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Assistant to provide administrative, communication, and project management support across corporate marketing initiatives. In this role, you will coordinate logistics, manage marketing operations, support events, and ensure timely execution of marketing activities that strengthen MEPPI’s brand and market presence. What You’ll Do: Coordinate Travel & Expenses : Arrange travel for marketing-related events, maintain the marketing team’s travel calendar, and assist with expense reports and invoice processing. Manage Purchase Orders : Prepare and issue purchase orders; review for accuracy; maintain purchase order records in the business system; track order status and expedite deliveries as needed. Support Marketing Events : Assist with event logistics, including shipping and receiving marketing and product collateral; prepare post-event lead summaries.
