Carpenter Co has an immediate opening on 1st shift for an Operator B in our LMATT department at our Lakeland, FL manufacturing plant. This position is responsible for the safe operation of equipment used to manufacture components and finished products for internal and external customers as defined by a daily production schedule. This position is also responsible for assembling foam parts, operating machinery , and maintaining the department/work area ensuring it is free of unnecessary material and/or debris.
