LifeSouth Community Blood Centers is looking for an enthusiastic, team-oriented, and goal-driven, individual to join the team as a Donor Care Specialist in Gainesville, FL. This position is responsible for receiving and handling donor-related issues and questions, including but not limited to inbound communication from donors via email, text and phones, and donor recognition. **Weekend availability preferred** Our Benefits: Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to) -Assist donors with issues related to eligibility, customer service, donation experience, donor portal, website, donor store, appointment scheduling, recognition items, etc. -screen inbound communication and connect with appropriate departments -Respond to all inbound communication to provide point of contact for LifeSouth donors. -Contact first time donors post donation to answer questions and schedule future appointments. -Handle urgent donor communication about drive/hours changes after hours -Coordinate donor milestone recognition, including list generating, printing, and mailing -Some travel maybe a requirement for the job -Attendance is a r...
