Responsibilities: The Role: Under the general direction of the Senior Director and/or AVP or VP of Transitional Housing, The Program Director is responsible for the overall clinical management and administrative operations of his/her assigned program(s). He or she is responsible for managing and monitoring the job performance of all program employees; assuring a high quality of clinical services are provided to clients served; the general upkeep and safety of the site managed is properly maintained; established program goals are met and a proper level of communications between program employees and agency administration is maintained.
