Maintain the required confidentiality of customer/bank information. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: a. Customer statement/document request b. Subpoenas from all agencies (Grand Jury, IRS, DOJ, etc) c. Attorney letters d. Search Warrants e. Request from other Government (state/federal) agencies - Responsible for the review and fulfillment of all requests including: - Record all requests in the requisite log for tracking purposes. - Ensure requests are completed within the established timeframes. - Identify and escalate any possible issues and or questions that could impact the timely production of the response. - Create electroni...
