Job summary: This individual will play a key role in enhancing the professional development of financial advisors and their staff within the firm. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, delivering, and evaluating corporate training programs that support both individual growth and organizational goals. As a trusted partner, the Learning & Development Specialist will foster a learning culture that drives continuous improvement, employee engagement, and business success.
