Clinical Supervisor - MMTP Delancey Clinic - Full Time/Days

Job description

1. Administers and monitors clinic site and departmental activities, including Compliance with CSAT and JCAHO standards. 2. Compliance with HRA regulations and oversight of STARS Reporting. 3. Compliance with OASAS regulations and work scopes, including data collection. 4. Manages the daily operation of the clinic site to ensure efficient and effective delivery of treatment services. 5. Manages and monitors patient assignments, completion of required paperwork and submission of monthly reports to funding source and regulatory agencies. 6. Facilitates interdisciplinary staff conferences to review patient progress and to formulate appropriate treatment plans. 7. Reviews the quality and content of patient records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. 8. Disseminates and reviews policy and procedure information accurately and in a timely fashion. 9. Develops systems to monitor completion of tasks and identify deficiencies. Establishes corrective plan of action to ensure future compliance. 10.
