Global IT Management Consultant Job Description: At COO Tech & Transformation, our mission is to bring transparency and control over which IT products and services are delivered and consumed throughout ING in a standardized matter, leading to faster, more cost-efficient and increased usage of our growing technology platform. Change and Transformation is one of four departments that contribute to this purpose. As Change & Transformation, we serve the MT CTO on their strategic priorities. The department consists out of Change Experts, (IT) Management Consultants and Portfolio Managers. You report hierarchically to the Lead of Management Consultants. Key responsibilities: As IT Management Consultant, you will advise senior leadership on complex IT management challenges . You will work with subject matter experts to understand and clarify problems, provide meaningful insights, formulate IT domain strategies and their execution plans, outline target operating models, craft new value propositions, facilitate and accelerate decision-making, and shape new programs in collaboration with change experts.
