LPN/RN: Job Summary: To provide initial patient care, charting, education to patients and to assist the physician when needed. To stock the exam rooms and to maintain clean facilities for patient care Duties/Responsibilities: Patient Care Trauma assessment: Triage patient calls Obtain and chart vital statistics and injections on patients Provide patient instruction and education materials Make and chart appointments for out-of-office exams Call patients on test results Do nebulizers, spirometry, ear lavage, catheterization as needed Order various procedures/labs as directed by physician Assisting Physician: Attend physicians on all pelvic and breast exams, and minor procedures Keep physician informed of his daily schedule Dispense oral or injectable meds at physician's direction Administrative: Provide educational leadership to LPN and MOA staff Complete encounter form Clean and...
