This position serves as the “face” of the hospital to guests and the “voice” of the hospital for all inbound callers. The Guest Relations Representative will direct the person to the appropriate contact or location within the hospital. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Greet, check-in and direct guests, patients and families following all safety protocol and guest experience expectations Answer main telephone for hospital promptly and courteously and direct caller. Performs basic clerical duties in support of hospital operations Maintains a welcoming and orderly receptionist area and lobby Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma required.
