Job Summary: The primary responsibility is to deliver person-centered training to our workforce, individuals and community partners for all service lines that enhances quality and care to fulfill our purpose for existing “We believe the world shines brighter when people with developmental disabilities achieve their full potential.” This will occur in close collaboration with local operational leadership, clinical services & quality team, compliance team, and learning & development. This role will utilize standard operating practices, meeting local regulations, leveraging adult learning principles, and leveraging our technology to the fullest. Essential Duties: Person Centered Care and Services Job Specific Training (50%) - Provide training around processes and state guidelines such Legal Rights/Guardianship, HIPPA/Confidentiality, Rights Restriction/Suspension, Overview of DD, Behavioral Interventions (ISL - Safety care), and Basics of PCSP’s for new hires and Host Home Providers as an in-person supplement to assigned Relias training. - ISL’s - active treatment training, supporting DSPs training and goals, assisting the program managers, participating in standups/huddles, training...
