Right at Home is looking for an exceptional leader to join our team. Having grown into an Outstanding-rated , reputable home care provider, we are now seeking a Registered Operations Manager to lead our service, develop our people, and drive performance through strong KPI management . This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is highly organised, values-led, and confident maintaining compliance while delivering outstanding, person-centred care.
