Primary responsibilities are to support Shell Energy's wholesale/retail trading/origination businesses and Shell Power related businesses through tracking and external advocacy on west retail regulations, communicating regulatory changes and impacts of regulatory changes to commercial teams, advising on regulatory issues in support of commercial transactions and managing compliance obligations and reporting in the West Region. What you’ll be doing: - Oversee Shell Energy’s West Region regulatory initiatives, providing support, information and advice that are aligned with commercial priorities among trading, origination, and environmental products. - Develop and execute regulatory strategies, including managing Shell Energy’s participation in relevant proceedings. - Complement Shell’s West Region and Shell Power’s commercial strategies, advocating positions in proceedings at state agencies and legislatures.
