Case Manager – CBP SUMMARY: The case manager provides support services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness to secure and maintain stable housing and household income while enrolled in the VOA Permanent Supportive Housing Program. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Provide all aspects of Case Management for a specified case load, in accordance with VOA policies, HUD and community standards. Responsible for completing all HUD requirements, including but not limited to: Housing Quality Inspections, Rental Calculations, Rent Reasonable Certifications, Annual Assessments and Recertification’s, Referrals and Service Planning.
