Major Projects Development Manager Location(s): Manchester & North West: About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Major Projects Development Manager to identify, develop, and secure mid-to-large fire and security project opportunities within a defined region. This role is focused on developing a strong regional pipeline of complex project opportunities, typically in the £250k–£1.5m range , across fire detection, life safety, security, and associated compliance-led systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and owning major project opportunities from early engagement through to tender, design development, proposal, negotiation, and handover. You will develop opportunities through multiple routes to market, including FM providers, end users, principal contractors, consultants, internal group relationships, cross-divisional collaboration, and your own established network .
