Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This role will report directly to the Director of Business Intelligence and will be instrumental in developing and maintaining our enterprise BI and analytics strategy. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power BI, Azure Fabric, and advanced data analytics , driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. This is a full-time in-office position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am-5 PM, Miami/Dadeland area Headquarters. Key Responsibilities: Business Intelligence & Analytics Strategy: - Develop and implement BI solutions to support business objectives and decision-making. - Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level dashboards and reports using Power BI. - Leverage Azure Fabric and Copilot for data integration, transformation, and advanced analytics. - Establish and maintain data governance policies to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security.
